The Indian under19 cricket team triumphed up a resounding 203-run win over Pakistan on Tuesday. Driving on menacing performances of Shubman Gill (102*), Ishan Porel (four wickets out of 17 run), and Prithvi Shaw’s side posted 272/9 at the board after which Pakistan bundled out for 69 runs.
Pakistani batsmen were reduced to 20 for 3 in the eighth over with Porel removing their top three batsmen and that was the moment opposing team could not recover from there under a demolishing attack from an Indian pace battery and a spin terrain.

Gill, who was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 1.8 crore in the Indian Premier League players’ auction, hit a match-winning 102* runs in the semi final against Pakistan. He is the team’s leading scorer riding high with 341 runs.
Whilst Gill and Porel’s performances were applauded all around, Under-19 team coach Rahul Dravid is being thanked by fans for finding and nurturing such excellent budding cricketers. This is the second time that Dravid has led India to U-19 World Cup finals. This is how Twitter is thanking ‘Mr. Wall’ for his hard-work and dedication.

Now, best of luck Team India for finals…….. Bleed it blue!
